26 names was released by Riedl

Alfred Riedl already decided the list for the Pre-Olympic Games and SEA Games squad. After did some selection to the three groups, there are 26 names are chosen from more than 80 players that participated the team selection. It was held from January 10, 2011. He released the team after had a discussion with his assistants. It was released on Monday, January 17, 2011. There are three goalkeepers, eight defenders, nine midfielders, and six forwarders. Six players also included who were involved in the SEA Games 2009 squad, they are Rahmat Latief (defenders), Dendi Santoso, Egi Melgiansyah, Nasution Karubaba and Engelberth Sani (Midfielders), and  Yongki Ariwibowo (Forward).

These chosen players will be trained seriously which will be begun at January 27, 2011. Kurnia Meiga will face Turkmenistan at home at February 23, 2011.
